In order to cooperate with emergency management bureaus, transportation bureaus, public security bureaus and other departments in various districts to investigate the case, solve whether the items involved in the case are hazardous chemicals, enhance the professional ability of hazardous chemical supervision and law enforcement personnel in the jurisdiction, and standardize the process and system of sampling and evidence collection of hazardous chemicals. On October 20, 2022, the Emergency Management Bureau of Longgang District organized a training on the sampling and certification of hazardous chemicals. Our laboratory actively cooperated and shared knowledge of the sampling and certification process of hazardous chemicals, and through a teaching mode combining "business knowledge training" and "on-site simulation demonstration", we accurately matched the training content with the requirements for providing professional technical services.
At the beginning of the training, Liu Lihua, a researcher from Longgang District Emergency Bureau, emphasized the importance of safety and put forward suggestions for further implementing the main responsibility of safety work.
Next, our chemical testing engineer Zhang Xun provided a detailed introduction to the basic knowledge of hazardous chemicals and safety precautions for hazardous chemical disposal, including regulatory requirements for chemical hazard identification, classification and labeling, classification and application of chemical identification results, and the application of one book one signature for chemicals. This further enhanced the trainees' business knowledge and risk prevention and resolution abilities.
Our chemical testing engineer Zhang Xun not only provided a detailed explanation of the sampling and certification process for hazardous chemicals, but also combined theoretical knowledge to conduct on-site simulation demonstrations. Through on-site participation, trainees further deepened their understanding and mastery of the sampling and certification process for hazardous chemicals, effectively improving their practical law enforcement skills.
