1、 Instructions for filling in application materials:

1. Download registration requires information form to be provided(a. If the enterprise is a production enterprise, an information form (for production enterprises) is required to fill out the registration. If it is an import enterprise, an information form (for imported chemicals) is required to fill out the registration.)


2. Please provide the information sheet (Excel file), "one book, one signature" (SDS and labels), and production process standards for the completed registration service@nrccsafety.com , and copy the corresponding salesperson's email address(Production process standards must be provided by manufacturing enterprises, not mandatory by importing enterprises)


3. Customers can provide their own "one book, one label" service. If not available, our laboratory provides corresponding services. For details, please refer to the chemical safety technical data sheet (SDS) label production commission;


4. SDS Compilation Standard GB/T 16483-2008; Reference standard for chemical safety label writing - GB15258-2009;


5. The production process standards of the product must be provided by the manufacturing enterprise, and are not mandatory for the importing enterpriseIf there is a national standard, only the standard number can be provided. If it is an enterprise standard, the enterprise needs to provide a PDF or Word version


6. Registration is only applicable to hazardous chemical production and import enterprises;


7. The sending unit must ensure that the information filled in is consistent with the actual situation. If there is any discrepancy, the testing costs, legal responsibilities, and other consequences involved shall be borne by the customer themselves.
