1、 Information filling instructions:

1. Download the testing and inspection commission form(a. Fill in if the product belongs to the battery category)Testing and Inspection Commission Form (Battery), belongs to non battery category filled inTesting and Inspection Commission Form (Chemical Goods)； b. Only when confidentiality is required for non battery components, fill out the confidentiality agreement in the appendix of the testing and inspection commission form (chemicals/goods)；

2. Send the completed testing and inspection commission form (Word file) to service@nrccsafety.com , and copy the corresponding salesperson's email address;

3. After the inspection commission form is approved, please download, print, sign, and stamp it(One copy of the testing and inspection commission form, two copies of the confidentiality agreement in the appendix, and each page must be stamped with an official seal. The original copy should be mailed)；

4. Please send the original test samples and inspection commission forms for inspection. Please label the sample packaging with the applicant and sample name(Contact address: Unit 301, Building A, No. 2 Tengfeng 5th Road, Fenghuang Community, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. 2、 Attention:

1. Sample quantity:

   1) Ordinary chemicals/goods, 500g solid, 500ml liquid, 6 bottles of aerosol;

2) Different standards require different sample sizes. For details, please contact: 0755-27322216;

2. For unclear or questionable data, our laboratory has the right to request additional testing（Additional testing）；

3. The sending unit must ensure that the samples sent are consistent with the actual goods. If there is any discrepancy, the testing costs, legal responsibilities, and other consequences involved shall be borne by the customer themselves.
