1、 Information filling instructions:
1. Consultation on the official website to obtain a power of attorney;
2. Send the completed SDS/Label authorization letter (chemical) (in Word format) to service@nrccsafety.com , and copy the corresponding salesperson's email address;
3. After the SDS/Label authorization letter (chemical) has been approved, please download, print, sign, and stamp it（Each page needs to be stamped with an official seal, and a PDF document can be provided）；
4. The sending unit must ensure that the information in the SDS/Label authorization letter (chemical) is consistent with the actual shipment. If there is any discrepancy, the customer shall bear the testing costs, legal responsibilities, and other consequences involved.
