1、 Information filling instructions:

1. DownloadTesting and Inspection Commission Form (Chemical Goods)(When the ingredients need to be kept confidential, fill out the confidentiality agreement in the attached table of the testing and inspection commission form (chemicals/goods));

2. Send the completed testing and inspection commission form (chemicals/goods) (Word file) to service@nrccsafety.com , and copy the corresponding salesperson's email address;

3. After the inspection and testing commission form (chemicals/goods) is approved, please download, print, sign and stamp it (a. One copy of the inspection and testing commission form (chemicals/goods), two copies of the confidentiality agreement attached, and each page must be stamped with an official seal; b. The original copy of the confidentiality agreement and the testing and inspection commission form for chemical hazard identification and classification cases (chemicals/goods) must be mailed, and PDF files can be provided for others;

4. Please send the original test samples and inspection commission forms (chemicals/goods) for inspection. Please label the sample packaging with the applicant and sample name (contact phone: 0755-27322216, address: Unit 301, Building A, No. 2 Tengfeng 5th Road, Fenghuang Community, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen).

2、 Attention:

1. Sample quantity:

(1) Ordinary chemicals/goods, 500g solid, 500mL liquid.

(2) A sample of 3L is required for conducting self heating experiments.

Need to conduct self heating experiment samples:
a. Carbon containing substances, such as activated carbon, coal powder, petroleum coke, etc;
b. Containing proteins, phospholipids, and phosphorus substances, such as fish meal, bone meal, soybean meal, etc;
c. Containing some reducing chemicals, such as sulfur dioxide urea, butyl sodium xanthate, etc;
d. Substances containing some metal powders, such as zinc powder.

(3) For liquid samples with strong acidity and alkalinity, if the pH is in the range of 2-3/10.5~12, a metal corrosion test is required, with a sample size of 3.5L.

(4) 5 bottles for spray aerosol samples; 4 bottles for foam aerosol samples; Compressed (high-pressure) gas samples require 1 bottle.

2. For unclear or questionable data, our laboratory has the right to request additional testing (i.e. additional experiments);

3. The sending unit must ensure that the samples sent are consistent with the real goods. If there is any discrepancy, the testing costs, legal responsibilities, and other consequences involved shall be borne by the customer themselves.
