Recently, the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China released three mandatory national standards for the automotive industry, including the "Safety Requirements for Power Batteries for Electric Vehicles" (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement").
According to the national standard revision plan issued by the National Standards Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized the completion of three mandatory national standards for the automotive industry, including the "Safety Requirements for Power Batteries for Electric Vehicles". Prior to the approval and release of the standard, in order to further solicit opinions from all sectors of society, the draft for standard approval and preparation instructions are now publicly announced. The deadline is February 16, 2019.
The public notice states that if there are different opinions, please fill out the "Mandatory National Standard Feedback Form" (see attachment) during the public notice period and send it via email to KJBZ@miit.gov.cn (Email subject: 3 mandatory national standards and 1 modification form for approval and public feedback).
