3. Strictly implement relevant national laws, regulations, and standards, strictly fulfill the provisions of contracts or agreements, independently, fairly, and accurately inspect and test all inspection and testing samples, and be responsible for the reports issued.
4. All staff members shall fulfill their duties with good professional ethics and rigorous work attitude, and shall not engage in any work beyond their own technical capabilities.
5. Do not engage in any activities that affect fair status, strictly abide by work discipline and other regulations, charge reasonable fees, and consciously resist any adverse effects from administrative, commercial, financial or other aspects.
6. Continuously identify risks that may affect impartiality from testing and inspection activities or from staff, and eliminate or minimize these risks.
7. Strictly keep confidential all customer information, inspection and testing results and conclusions, fully guarantee and respect the exclusive rights of customers. Without the consent of customers, staff shall not provide or publish methods, materials, confidential information, key data or events provided by customers to the public, and shall not disclose methods, data or charts that involve customer interests in any form.
